Review: YSL Le Teint Touche Éclat

I don't have many foundations which I would say I loved. I currently only have two which I can say I rely on. And the Le Teint Touche Éclat is one of them. I love this foundation. I have normal to combination skin, and my skin can get dry sometimes. I did do some research on what foundation to get because I have bought many foundations before and not liked it. I found that everyone who has the Touche Éclat seem to love it and would recommend it. It is an illuminating foundation so your skin will look glowy.

I find that your skin will tend to look more natural and healthy with an illuminating foundation rather than a matte foundation. I personally prefer to look more dewy than matte. Some illuminating foundations aren't recommended for combination/oily skin types as it tends to move around and doesn't last very long. But this foundation doesn't give me that effect. It lasts me all day even when I do not set it. It feels really lightweight even though you can tell I am wearing something.

I love that when I am applying the product on my face I can smell the lovely scent of the product. I liked that they have quite a big colour range, from yellow to pink undertones so you should be able to find a colour match. It does have a spf of 19, which is less than other foundations. This could mean you would be able to wear this on evenings where photos are being taken. I don't have anything bad to say about this foundation but that it does have spf, so in flash photography it can leave the white cast if a coloured powder is not put on the top. Other than that this is a very good daytime foundation and night time

I would highly recommend The Touche Éclat. If you are looking for a foundation which is lightweight and has a beautiful finish. I would recommend it for all skin types. But if you do have very oily skin, you could get a sample and try it a few times before you do purchase it.
